Hey beauties! I know it’s a been a while…but I am back!! Father’s Day is quickly approaching and while Kris has already received his gifts (because Parker spilled the beans. Lol) I think that is so important for us to celebrate the Fathers in our lives! I was blessed to grow up with an awesome father and my two beauties are blessed to have an amazing father as well! This past week Parker and Kris were provided the opportunity to showcase their bond even more by teaming up with Pantene at Walmart!
You’ve probably seen the super cute videos of the huge football players turn into puddy as they chat with their daugthers while doing their hair! These do’s are affectionately called “Dad Do’s”. Check out the uber cute video below:https://www.youtube.com/watch?
Kris and Parker were invited to take part in a “Dad Do Off” a friendly competition of sorts where three dad and daughter duo’s competed for which dad created the best “Do”. They were provided with two hair ties, a brush and this bomb detangler spray by Pantene! Parkers hair is so thick that I LOVE a great detangler so I was excited to see it work.
The hairstyle that Kris was assigned was the “Ballerina Bun” and I must say that he did pretty well. It wasn’t a true bun but you get the drift! LOL. Check out the before and after picture below (keep in mind he has only done her hair about 3 times!
The segment aired on a local show called Atlanta & Company and I was a little nervous about Parker sitting still especially when we got bumped an extra 10 minutes for the President to address the nation, but my big girl was a trooper! The Pantene detangler worked wonders, dad was proud & Parker was able to have an amazing experience that she will never forget with her father! Happy Father’s Day to all of the amazing fathers out there and to Pantene at Walmart for highlighting the great dads and their relationships with their daughters.
I was so impressed with the detangler that I might try out Pantene’s natural for my girls. Whats your favorite detangler?
